Stumbled across the following 2005 MOJO / Emitt Rhodes this morning - somehow missed it the first time around. A sad/disappointing/depressing read, albeit it another cautionary reminder that so many popsters end up in a bad way.

Would be cool to see a Jon Brion-esque figure donate a week of his time and help Emmit crank said fabled album out. Certainly the Not Lame world would be all over it, and at least his old stuff is fetching outrageous prices in the interim.
