Jell-O® Pudding Bites™

"Soft, chewy pudding snacks" is what the box claims, and by damn if that's not what it delivers. Jell-O Pudding Bites are one of the creepiest mainstream food items I've had in some time, maybe topped only by Boneez.

The texture and consistency are what make me think that this is a delicacy reserved for my betters. Each bite is a thumbnail-sized squidge of goo, shaped like a squat little tornado. It has to have real pudding in it because that's exactly how it tastes. The chocolate is more authentic than the vanilla, which both hit the mark more than the strawberry, but all of them are tasty.

My favorite way to eat one is to smoosh it between my thumb and forefinger and stop just before it creates a full torus, then put it in my mouth and punch in the hole with my tongue.
